To make these eggless choco chip cookies, gather the following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS (Makes 12–15 cookies)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour (maida)

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter (soft, NOT melted)

  • ½ cup (100 g) white sugar

  • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar (for chewiness)

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

STEP-BY-STEP METHOD


STEP 1: Cream Butter & Sugars

  • In a bowl, beat soft butter + white sugar + brown sugar

  • Beat until light, creamy, and fluffy (2–3 mins)This makes your cookies soft and chewy.

STEP 2: Add Milk & Vanilla

  • Add milk and vanilla

  • Mix again until smooth
